Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 254 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management. See the thing is the fees structure of a particular course varies year to year depending on various factors due to which it is not possible for us to tell you the exact numbers anyways it is possible for us to give you a rough on how much it is going to cost you. The fees for first year would be somewhere around Rs. 15.43 lakhs. So the total amount would be somewhere around Rs. 80 lakhs. The Cut off rank being between 12,012- 4,68,914.

Hi reader,
As per the official scholarship portal of the scheme "medhavi chatra yojana" http://scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in/MedhaviChhatra/Public/CoursesAndInstitutes.aspx
Students pursuing the course of both bds and bams will be eligible for the scheme.
Thank you
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So on such marks you have very low or almost no chances to get any of the medical colleges under state quota of MP because last year the rank closed around 75k for OBC candidates for private colleges. But on such score you can go for some some dental colleges in MP :-
Bhabha College of Dental Sciences, Bhopal
College of Dental Sciences, Rau, Indore
Guru Gobind Singh Dental College Burhanpur
Institute of Dental Education and Advance Studies, Gwalior
