i am from MP and i scored 348 marks in NEET 2021 with sc category can i get government BAMS college in MP?

ADRIKA mONDAL 7th Dec, 2021

Hi,

For All India Quota, cutoff for BAMS varies from 350+ to 490 for general category. Since you belong to Maharashtra, cutoff is always on higher side,  for general category for 85% quota will be around 400-420+ this year  Therefore for SC category the cutoff will be much lower and their are good chances for you to get a seat in government college for BAMS courses.  The cutoff  can vary depending upon various reasons such as the number of seats available, the difficulty of the paper, the number of candidates appearing for the exam etc. So your possibility of getting a government BAMS college is quite enough.

Further you can use NEET College Predictor tool to check your other chances for MBBS, BDS & Ayush Courses.

75307 air category rank 33366 any chance of govt college in mp through state quota.. obc?

pdwords Student Expert 26th Nov, 2021

Hello,

It's tough to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as

  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • difficulty level of the paper
  • top NEET scores
  • reservation
  • seat matrix, etc..

However, if we go through 2019 cut-offs for MP, then under 85% state quota 524 marks with corresponding rank of  35946 secured seat in GMC Shahdol, this was the least marks required for GMC, hence with AIR 75307 chances for GMC is quite tough, though there are possibilities for Index Medical College, Indore through state quota, and private dental colleges, check out last year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-mp

To know more detailed information about admission possibilities in various medical colleges and its respective medical courses you may use our NEET College Predictor at https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

I secured 185 in NEET 2021. What are the chances of getting private medical college in UP or MP and list there names.

ADRIKA mONDAL 9th Dec, 2021

Hi,

With the marks of 185 in NEET 2021, the corresponding expected rank would be 639955 - 668399 . With this marks as well as rank getting a government seat is not at all possible. So there are chances for your admission in private  medical colleges through management quota. The private medical colleges in U.P may include-

IIMSR Lucknow - Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College, Meerut

School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida

The list of private colleges in MP

LN Medical College and JK Hospital, Bhopal

RD Gardi Medical College, Ujjain

mp domicile students can apply post matric scholarship in rajasthan private medical colleges?

Karishma Sawhney 1st Jan, 2022

Hi.

Post matric scholarships are for students belonging to the Scheduled Tribe/ Casts or whose parents do not earn more than 250000 per year. These scholarships are awarded by the Government of the State to which the applicant belongs- permanently settled or domiciled. Hence, you might not be eligible for scholarship in private medical college in Rajasthan if you belong to Madhya Pradesh.

Hope it helps!
