In the MBBS programme, all surgical operations, techniques, etc. were covered; ayurvedic practises and knowledge were not included.
You studied all surgical procedures and techniques in bams, including both modern and ayurvedic ones. Modern+ayurved
Ms in ayurveda and Ms in modern. Both are the best and are legally able to do su grery.
