Considering your score and previous years cut off you will get admission to NIMS, but getting MS OBG will be difficult. The cut-off for clinical branches was high last year. You can get non-clinical branches like MD Radiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Hospital Administration. You can get OBG in these two colleges:-
