First of all I must say you really scored well but I am sorry to say that it isnt enough to get the top medical colleges or any top government colleges though but it can fetch you seats in good private colleges, since you are of general category and even if you get the top medical colleges you will get the seat in DNB. and for surely you will get MD or MS in the private colleges. For doing fellowship in Andrology Candiate must have passed MBBS degree from an institute recognized by Medical council of India. Candidates must have completed MS/MD degree from an recognized institute. If candiates were enrolled in MS in General surgery,  then they must obtain M.ch degree in urology after that they can go for specialization program in Andrology.

So you can not do fellowship in Andrology without completing M.ch in urology.It will be better if you complete M.ch in urology and then go for fellowship in Andrology.
