BCA is a three year UG program offered by different government and private colleges. The course offers a varied knowledge in the field of Software Programming, IT, Data Management etc. The course is quite good for those who want to be in IT companies and don't want to go for Engineering fields like CSE. The course gives enough opportunity to the student both academically and industrially. It is always recommended that a student should complete a MCA after BCA in order to have a progressive career ahead.

There are around 5 college in Mumbai for computer application who is recognized by UGC.
And out of those only Amity University has the NIRF Ranking with band around 151-200.
