Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you there is no fixed marks cutoff totally depends upon the level of paper if paper is easy then cutoff is very high and if paper is hard then cutoff goes down gradually. For B.V.Sc and A.H, Students  has to pass 10+2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board of the country are eligible for admission into this course  and Should have to cleared All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) or some state specific veterinary test. They are some national and state-level entrance exams to appear for the admission into the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry program.
