Even though your certificate is issued by a state revenue department, it is still accepted as long as:It follows the central format, it is issued by a competent authority like Tahsildar/Revenue Officer, and  it is issued for the current financial year 2024–25

So, you don’t need to get a separate central EWS certificate  there’s no such thing as a separate central certificate.
