if you miss your councelling, you cannot take part in the subsequent rounds of councelling.

you can only attend on-spot councelling after all the rounds of councelling finish.

you will be notified by NIFT when to attend the councelling. dont worry about that. anyway, the first round of councelling does not has space for 1100 rank. it is for lesser ranks.
