Which NIFT is good for MFM Kannur or kolkata

If i go by the previous year rating then nift kolkata is placed at a much higher position than nift kannur.
If by any chance you qualify for admission in nift kolkata ,don't miss that chance but if you do not get nift kolkata and land up in nift kannur then don't let it down ,go for it.
Because all the nift centres are good and efficient
Moreover your course matters much more than your college.

Wht are the docmnts required in 2nd round of counselling in nift if one has already got an admission but want to change his course/centre

Hello,
For the second round of nift councelling you need not carry any special document. Carry the documents which you carried at the time of the first round of councelling like your 12 th mark seat ,10th mark sheet ,medical certificate etc. The process of registration and seat allotment will be the same as that in the first round of councelling. On the day of councelling candidates are required to report at the chosen centre at 9 a.m. for verification of documents and seat allotment.

Hello,
If you are really passionate about pursuing design as your career then you can choose any stream in which you can perform well without much efforts.most of your efforts should be for preparing for various entrance exams for design colleges .
One of the most reputed design institute in india is national institute of fashion technology.if you see yourself as a fashion designer then you should definitely prepare for nift entrance exam.
One thing which i feel you should know is that if you want to pursue btech course from nift then you must take science in your 11 th grade.its mandatory

Hi. I hv got nift patna in 1st rnd of counselling for bftech wid cmr of 239 in gen ctg. Are there any chances of gtn bttr campus in 2nd rnd?

Hello,
Not much can be said about getting a better centre in the next round of counselling.it depends on the number of vacant seats in various centres after the first round of councelling.
But you can definitely give it a try.you can register for the second round of councelling by paying 5000 rs to the nift authorities.hopefully you might land up in a better nift centre.

In nift bftech counseling process they are showing only 3 available seats in kolkata then what about students left,does only 3 will get adm?

Hello,
Yes,if only three seats are left in nift kolkata then only three students can take admission in nift kolkata for bftech.rest of the students can take admission in other nift centres.not also conducts second and third rounds of councelling,ao students who did not get anything in the first round of councelling,can register for the second round of councelling.hopefully they will get any of the night centre in the subsequent rounds of councelling.

Which collage should I get with CMR 2780 category 530 OBC. for nift TD.

With CMR 2780 and category rank in OBC 530 you can TD in bhopal, kannur, Patna, kangra, jodhpur and bhubaneswar.

You can consider bhubaneswar and patna as they get filled up fast.

This is based on previous year's cut off.

Which collage should I select for TD.. IN NIFT

Hello Aruv !

NIFT Delhi and NIFT Mumbai are considered as the top centres. But, based on your rank and as per previous year's cut off it won't be possible to get these centres. You can consider the other centres.

With CMR 2780 and category rank in OBC 530 you can TD in bhopal, kannur, Patna, kangra, jodhpur and bhubaneswar.

You can consider bhubaneswar and patna as they get filled up fast.

This is based on previous year's cut off.

My rank is 2785 in AIR category 530.can I get TD in hyderabad, or in Kolkata?

Hello Aruv !

According to previous year's cut off the last rank admitted in TD in NIFT Hyderabad was 2753 and NIFT Kolkata was 2653 in OBC category.

Based on your rank, it won't be possible to get admission to TD in these centres. But, you can try in other centres.

You can get in bhopal, kannur, patna, kangra, jodhpur and bhubaneswar.

Is there any increase in general category seats for B.Des in each branch and at all nift centers from session 2019.

Hello,
As far as i am concerned ,there is no increase in the number of seats in any of the nift centers for any category.however in the coming years few seats will automatically increase as a new nift center in panchkula is being opened.
