Hi Aparna. According to the cut-off of 2017 for MFT, last merit rank admitted in NIFT Chennai for general category was 110, NIFT Bengaluru 52, NIFT Gandhinagar 83, and NIFT New Delhi 26. I'm sorry but looking at previous years cut-off it seems difficult with your rank to get admission in NIFT Bengaluru. You can go through the link below for further details.

The date has not been confirmed. there's nothing on the official website too. you just need to keep checking the official website( https://www.nift.ac.in/ ) of NIFT for updates and notices. As soon as the window opens, you can register and start filling up the college choices for the counseling.
