Based on your rank of CMR 4186 and OBC rank 947, it won't be possible to get FD course in NIFT hyderabad.

Last year the last rank admitted in OBC category in FD in NIFT hyderabad was 1679.

But, you can try in other branches. For FD, you may get NIFT shillong and NIFT srinagar.
