Sir i get 92 marks in clat reserved category my chance in nlus

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 31st May, 2019

Absolutely you have high chances in the best NLUs. With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere near 6000-8000. Since NLSIU being the top most college requires you to have a rank of below 3000 for SC and below 6000 for ST so you can definitely expect some of the NLUs like Lucknow, Patna, Patiala, Kochi or Ranchi.

Keep high hopes as you have a decent score. All the best

I got 87 in obc and defence category can i expect any of the nlus for clat 2019 pls suggest?

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 31st May, 2019

The score you're mentioning will get you a rank of near 15000 - 20000. So if you are under obc and defense category you can expect colleges like MNLU Nagpur, NLU Shimla or MNLU Aurangabad. You can definitely check them out. And if fewer people are there in defense category you can also expect NLUS, Cuttack or NUSRL, Ranchi. So hope for the best. You've a decent score.

All the very best

Hii, i got 118 in clat, what are my chances in top 10 NLUs??

Krushnalee Surve 31st May, 2019
Hello Prince,

Congratulations on your CLAT score. With your score of 118, your rank can lie anywhere between 232 to 932 if you are a student from the general category.

With this rank you can quite easily get into one of the top 10 NLU's if your rank is high enough.

However it your rank falls below 500, it may be difficult for you to secure an admission in these colleges.

To know the colleges where you can take admission and apply to on the basis of your CLAT score, check out the link below:

Can I get any of nlus with score of 75 in domicile quota?

Krushnalee Surve 31st May, 2019
Hello Shreya,

A score of 75 in CLAT is too low, so it may not be possible to secure an admission in a NLU based on this score. However since you can get a domicile quota you can apply to NLUs in your domicile state and see whether they grant you an admission.

I am expecting 55 in clat PG 2019 will I get admission in any of NLUs?

Ajit kumar Student Expert 15th Jun, 2019

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 20000-24000. So with such rank the chances of getting an NLU or a college under IPU would be bleak but you can definitely check out colleges like

  • ICFAI Law school Hyderabad
  • MS Ramaiah college of law
  • Christ University Bangalore
  • IMS law college Noida

Apart from that you can check out the colleges you can get with your rank using the following link

Being from sc category and expecting 93 marks what are my chances in top 10 nlus?

Sampoorna Kashyap 31st May, 2019

With 93 marks, your predicted rank is 4k-5k in the general merit list. Your marks aren't qualifiable to get into NLSIU, NALSAR in the 1st cutoff but there are chances of getting through by the next ones. You can get through the rest by the 1st cutoff itself. But keeping in mind the difficulty level of this year's paper and that this prediction is solely based on previous years' trends, the cutoff trend might see a change. You can check your rank here:

After going through revised answer key, my new score is 139. What NLUs can I expect to get into?

ravi majithiya1171107822 Student Expert 31st May, 2019

It is better that you provide the rank in the entrance exam you have givrn because the admission will be based upon the rank of the various NLUs. You have to match your rank with the colleges and then you have the rough idea of getting the admission in any of the colleges. I am sharing a link where you can find out all the information regarding the exam, admission process and also you can read the cutoff marks for various law universities.

if I get 106 in clat 2019, in obc category and Telangana domicile which nlus ill get into?

ravi majithiya1171107822 Student Expert 31st May, 2019

The possibility of getting the admission into any of the law univesities depends upon the cutoff ranks. After the exam you might be given the merit rank that only will decide the possibility of getting the asmission in any law university. So provide the rank so that we can handle the problem in a better way. And also you have many choices of the colleges and you can get the admission throgh the central counselling process. Here I am sharing you the link where you can compare the cutoff ranks of various NLUs and you can have the better idea about the various colleges and admission.

I got 108.75 and Im from obc category, which nlus will I get?

Aditi Choubey 30th May, 2019
Hello
If you are expecting a score of 108 the probable nlus would  be nujas, nlu bhopal, hnlu , and nlus ranked below them the cut off for clat has always been dynamic so I would suggest you to wait till final list are out because anything can happen. Because so far for obc category cutoff has gone as high as 133 and as low as 99. It is definite that you will get a college but for now let's wait for the lists to come out.
I hope this helps you and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
Best of luck.
