I am sorry to say you have not scored well in the exam. You should prepare well again and try next year with full preparation. It is impossible for you to get a college in any NLUs in India. I would sugest you not to feel bad and prepare for it again.

Hi Isha, sometimes closing rank of NLUs go till 3000, however u may get lower NLUs with this rank. AIR OF 3000–4000 should get you NUSRL or NLUJAA.
