Using you rank in ST category, you surely can join any NLUs. Just remember to apply fast as you know the number of candidates is very high in these exams. Some of NLUs where you can apply using marks and rank.

Yes, You have very high chance that you can get admission into few NLUs such as PSNLU AP, RMLNLU, MNLU etc. Since Cutoff for these colleges was above 20,000+ AIR Rank. So you have very decent chance to get admission there.

There is no comparison in both of the programme as these courses have its own value. BA LLB course covers arts subjects with law while BBA LLB course covers management and business subjects with law. The career opportunities after both the course are almost same.
After completing BBA LLB you may opt for legal practice, where management foundation will groom aspiring lawyers for the corporate sector.
While in BA LLB students targets with an interest to pursue legal education with Arts subjects. Creation of well trained and dedicated professionals in legal framework.
As per your interest you can go for any of the course.
