Ashish Ramtari 19th Dec, 2021

It is not possible for a student to enroll himself without having institution. You can approach the commanding officer of the nearest NCC unit for taking guidance. You can apply for senior division as your age is 22. The maximum age a student can apply for National cadet Corps service is 26. After completion of training the NCC unit provides you B and C category certificate because of not having NCC in your college. After approaching to the commanding officer, the commanding officer will verify it. After verifying your medical examination will be done.

How to join NCC without college?

Yaseera Bhombal 15th Dec, 2021

Hello Priyanka,

Without a college, it is impossible to join NCC.

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is an organisation that promotes youth development. It gives the country's kids opportunity for all-round growth, instilling in them a feeling of duty, commitment, leadership, discipline, and moral values.

If your college or institution does not offer NCC, you can join NCC at another college by submitting all of the required documentation and joining as an open cadet.

Open cadets are typically assigned to another college within the same university that offers NCC, or you will have your NCC drills and training in that battalion, depending on the amount of vacancies available. If you are accepted, the college will conduct a physical efficiency exam, a written test, and maybe an interview based on their selection criteria.
