Hey
NCERT Books are widely preferred to prepare for JEE Main.Since the entrance examination is based on the 11th and 12th standard syllabus of CBSE, NCERT books are the perfect reference for studies.Over the past years, it has been noted that the questions of inorganic section from Chemistry have been directly taken from NCERT books.Similarly for Mathematics, many questions available in NCERT books have been repeated in JEE Main question papers . The basic concepts of the mathematics topics have been discussed clearly in NCERT books.NCERT 11th books and Clas12th standard NCERT books can be used to understand the basic concepts of Physics. NCERT books explain all the topics in a more detailed way so that the students understand and perform well in the exam. JEE Main toppers and experts also recommend NCERT for JEE Main preparation. According to experts, studying NCERT is enough to qualify JEE Main. The concepts with the ncert textbooks as well as the previous year question papers will earn you a good score in JEE Mains. For physics and maths ncert won't be enough, you have to workout more and more problems. Chemistry theory part you can get with ncert.
Hello ,
Ncert and cbse are of two different organisations. One is educational governing body whereas ncert is a publishing body. In india most of the cbse syllabus takes textbooks from ncert . Cbse prescribes the ncert books in therir curricular.
Hope this information helps you.
Hello,
you ask whether it is mandatory to recommend NCERT books in all the CBSE schools then the answer is 'no. ' Sometimes it is not recommended by the schools as well. But in most of the schools, it is recommended to keep the NCERT books, at least, as some reference books.
Hope for the best.
Thank you.
Hello candidate,
Chemistry in everyday life, polymers, and biomolecules are most important for the JEE Mains examination and the syllabus for from this chapter does not come very frequently in the JEE advanced examination. So, it's better that you focus on the JEE Mains examination perspective in order for preparing for the chapters people in depth question from the chapter are not expected very often as per previous year trends. So, NCERT class 11th and class 12th text books would be enough for solving most of the questio in previous year paper from these chapters.
Good Luck!!
