NIOS and NCERT books help in building the foundation for different subjects . You can make your base strong either referring to NIOS books or NCERT and later you can move on to your coaching modules for advance knowledge which will help you in better understanding of all the concepts . hello sir , as per NTA if the student have studied both 10th and 12th in INDIA then he/she will be allowed to give NEET exam through normal quota . As per your situation you son can give NEET but not through normal quota

As you said that you have failed in all three subjects and as we all know due to the pandemic many exams were delayed in 2020 and so you are giving your re exam in the year 2021. So , as per the new syllabus you have to answer your paper on the basis of new reduced syllabus as per the ncert textbooks.

As per your question, accordingly yes you can score in kvpy even if you are from 11th standard.As SA category also, there eligibility criteria is you should have passed in 10th with 75 percent and one should be studying in 11th so if you are fulfilling this eligibility you can give KVPY. The cutoff of KVPY is around 45 as per previous year score.
