The NDA exam is twice every year by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in April and September. The NDA recruitment exam is conducted to induct eligible and qualified applicants as officers in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. All class 12th passed from a recognised board between the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years. Those who given the standard 12th exam and are awaiting result are also eligible to appear for the NDA exam.
As per your mentioned date of birth you are eligible to write NDA examination only one time.

From 2 January 2005 to 1 January 2008
So, there is only one chance left for you to sit in NDA examination.

To apply for National Defence Academy Entrance Examination you must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board. If you have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry you will be eligible to apply for Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Indian Military. If you have passed 10+2 with any other subjects then you are eligible to apply for Indian Military Academy. Candidates who are appearing in 10+2 examination are also eligible to apply for NDA provisionally. Such candidates must obtain the passing certificate before the cut off date specified. The age of the candidate must be 16.5 to 19.5 years at the time of commencement of the course. As you will pass 10+2 in the year 2024 you will be eligible to apply for NDA 1 2024 and NDA 2 2024. The date of birth criteria to be eligible for NDA 1 2024 is that a candidate must not be born earlier than July 2, 2005 and not later than July 1, 2008. The date of birth criteria to be eligible for NDA 1 2024 is that a candidate must not be born earlier than January 2, 2006 and not later than January 1, 2009. You are not eligible to apply for NDA 1 2025 because the candidate applying must not be born earlier than July 2, 2006 and not later than July 1, 2009.

Union Public Service Commission has mentioned the NDA 2 eligibility criteria in the official notification . UPSC NDA 2 eligibility criteria 2022 is based on certain factors like age, educational , qualification physical standard, nationality.
The age limit is the candidates born between July 2, 2003 to July 1,2006 are eligible.
Candidates should pass their 12th examination with physics and mathematics as mandatory subjects.

There is no necessary requirement of 12th marksheet to appear for examination as candidates appearing for 12th board examination are eligible for appearing in examination.
So, you can appear for examination and after qualifying in written examination you have to qualify in SSB stages but have to submit the marksheet before the final recruitment.

Hi there,
The criteria of NDA exam is 16 years to 19 years. To be eligible for NDA one should need pass certificate in 10+2 exam from a recognised board or equivalent from state education board. Physical fitness is also one the eligibility in NDA exam like one should not have any medical conditions like ear problems, nose issues, piles, underweight, overweight, under sized chest, low height etc. And no permanent tatoos are allowed expect incase the candidate belonging to a particular tribe where tatoo marks are customary.

See the minimum age requirement for giving NDA EXAM is16.5 and the maximum age is 19.5 years.
I would have specifically given you answer if you would have mentioned your DOB.
Nevertheless , you have 5 attempts untill you reach the maximum age. You have a lot a time. NDA is conducted twice a year so owing to which you have 5 attempts to give it a go.
So buckle up and study hard.
