Till now KNRUHS Telangana has not released any notification regarding 2nd phase of counselling for competent authority quota of Telangana but it is expected that it will start soon and notification would be out in few days so keep checking the official website for regular updates :-

As you have secured 402 marks in neet 2021 so let me tell you that there is more chances to get bams college if you belong to some reservation category like obc/sc/st because in general category it would be a bit difficult to grab a seat in the mbbs stream.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
