I have scored 449 marks in neet 2021 and my category is obc can i get government bams college in Maharashtra

Muskan Shokeen 15th Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant.

Hope you are doing well.

Yes, there are less chances of you to get the admission in government medical college BAMS in Maharashtra with 449 marks. But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.

GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.

Thankyou.

Dear aspirant,

As cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors, it is difficult to predict.

But based on previous year's cut-offs it is difficult to get seat in Al-Ameen Medical College, Vijaypur, Karnataka because previous year's cut-off was around 437. You can try for Management quota seat. Cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

1. Number of seats available.

piyush263001 13th Jan, 2022

Hello,

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

------ With details you have mentioned, here are a list of colleges where you have an outside chance of gettingMBBS seat in below mentioned Government Medical College-

• GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, MAHABUBNAGAR

• GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA

• GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURYAPET

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
