NEET 2021
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it is very difficult to predict that whether you can get good MBBS Seat with the above scored marks or not as the cutoff varies for every year and is different for different category students. With scoring 523 marks in NEET UG 2021 your estimated percentile score is around : 95.28 - 95.78 , while your expected rank is around : 69K - 81k .It depends on several factors like difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff trends, Number of students appearing the exam etc.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends you are likely to get the below listed colleges as per your rank ( although it's still a prediction as the rank varies every year and could be different) :
NRI Medical College, Chinakakani:- 497 marka
Narayana Medical College and Hospital, Chinthareddypalem:- 462 marks
Alluri Sitaramaraju Academy of Medical Sciences, Eluru:- 457 marks
Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa
Nimra Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijayawada

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well . See, instead of asking the question here , you need to ask yourself if you'll be able to do it or not . And frankly, from a score of 150 ,increasing it to 700+ is really difficult to be honest . So, I'll firstly advise you to set achievable goals . Try to clear the cutoff score of a government medical college of your domicile state first . Then think about increasing it . From your profile I saw that you are from Assam , the state cutoffs there go relatively low . In 2020 , the cutoff score for a general category candidate was 529 with a closing AIR of 63,916 . In 2021 as well the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat same or may increase marginally.
So, I'll firstly advise you to try to score 550+ in order to safely land atleast into a government medical college as per your state's cutoffs. Then when you achieve it , think about increasing it .
I'll mention some points below which if you implement, will enhance your preparation :
Stick to NCERTs whatsoever!(I can't stress this enough) ,specially for biology ,organic and inorganic chemistry. There's no need to do theory from anywhere else for these subjects/topics .
Practice ample no. of questions from standard practice books like MTG . Then revise it multiple times . Don't switch sources without completing the earlier .
Read and revise biology NCERT word to word and practice all diagrams ,flowcharts and tables as many times as you can .
Give ample no. of mock tests of standard coaching institutes in a time bound manner and make a mistake book in which you'll write all your mistakes while analysing the paper .
Also, do practise atleast the past 10 years question papers . That's going to be a boost to your preparation.
Don't get distracted ! For this time ,get rid of all your distraction .
Know about your body clock and have a proper sleep-wake cycle . Your health is of prime importance during the preparation. Also have proper and healthy meals regularly.
You can also join some online or offline classes for learning and strengthening concepts and topics .But always give your self-study the prime importance.
Please focus on the bold points a bit more .
These are the main pointers that you should keep in mind . This should help you in cracking NEET, whichever year you are giving ,with flying colours .

Hi
First of all 493 is a good score.
Since you have mentioned that you belong to Andhra Pradesh, you can take part in 85 percent state quota counseling.
But, without having domicile of Telangana, you can take part in All india counseling but not state counseling.
Some of the medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh:
