Your score is very low. With this score it is difficult to get MBBS seat or BDS seat in Government Medical Colleges that too free seat. Your profile suggests that you are Telangana domicile.
For getting other courses like Homeopathy, BAMS, Sidda, Unani, Veterinary, Naturopathy, B.Sc Nursing, Yoga, etc you have less chances. But you can try management quota seats in any of the courses you are interested in.
Cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.

All students who have qualified in NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Ageny (NTA) are eligible to apply for All India Quota Medical Counselling. NEET 2019 qualifying score for unreserved category was 134. For OBC/SC/ST candidates, it was 107. They need to go through 5 step counselling process listed below.
1. Online Registration
2. Payment of Counselling Fees
3 Selection of Choices of Medical Colleges & Locking of Choices
4 Seat Allotment Process and Result Publication – by MCC
5 Reporting at the Medical College Allotted or Opting out of Allotment

As of now the neet broucher for neet counselling 2021 is not released. The broucher of neet 2021 counselling will be released any time soon. The Medical Counselling Committee will released the date of both UG and PG Counselling. Once the dates released they will upload on website ,you can checkout.
