Hey aspirant
predicting College based on percentile is difficult as cut off varies year by year. Cut off depends on various factors like toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available For 72 percentile chances of getting admission in government bams college is very low. You need to score minimum 450+ for bams. For private bams colleges 300+ is minimum needed. Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing good
According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required to score around 600+ marks, candidates from OBC or other category required to score 500-500+ for MBBS in Meghalaya. There are chances that you may get admission in NEIGHRIMS if you have scored 595 in NEET since you belong to OBC category as you have mentioned. As per the state counselling, 85% of the seats are reserved by State Quota so you can apply through that too if you belong to that particular state. Hi dear,
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors and that's why it is difficult to predict exactly in which Colleges you can get seat.
Based on previous year's cut-offs, it is difficult to get Private Colleges for your NEET UG cut-offs. You may try for Management quota seats in Madhya Pradesh Colleges.
Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of seats available, number of students appeared in the exam, caste category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
You can check previous year's NEET UG cut-offs of Madhya Pradesh Medical and Dental Colleges using below mentioned link.

Hello,
You haven't mentioned your category, hence I assume it to be general, see with 480 marks the chances to secure GMC with 480 marks is quite tough if we go through previous year AIQ cut-offs which you can check out at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges, though you may have chances of deemed universities such as IMS SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar/MM Institute of Medical Sc. Mullana , Haryana.B.L.D.E University, Bijapur/JSS Medical College, Jagadguru, Karnataka etc through AIQ,
as from your profile it seems you belong to WB, then you may have chances for management quota in the following private medical colleges under 85% state quota;
check out last years cut-offs for WB at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal
however, this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as

Dear aspirant
First of all heartiest congratulations to you for scoring good marks. I hope you belong to Gen category as you haven't mentioned in the question.
You have good chances of getting govt MBBS college as if we talk about last year cut off marks in 15% all india quota counseling for Gen category then it was AIR 21227 almost 598+ marks in special stray vaccancy round . So if rank doesn't change much you have good chances to get govt MBBS college in all india quota.
Now if i talk about your state as your profile suggest you are from Uttar Pradesh so cut off marks for Gen category candidates was AIR 18298 ( marks approx 603+) in second round of up state counseling.
So you have chances of getting GMC in both 15% all india quota counseling and 85% uttar pradesh state quota counseling for neet.
