Hello

The BAMS course- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery which takes admissions on the basis of NEET- National Eligibility Enterance Test enterance examination which is conducted by  NTA-National Testing Agency. Admissions done on the basis of NEET cut offs and marks, which candidate have to qualify.

The eligibility criteria for each category is:

When the candidate qualify this Percentile and cut offs so, then they go for counseling procedure which is done by MCC-Medical Counseling Committee. After Qualifying students Counselling procedure is in 2 Catagories

  1. All india Quota AIQ-15% seats for reservation criteria students such as: OBC/ST/SC

can i got bams in government college if i score 72 percentile in neet 2022 and if i m from OBC Ncl category???

Sanjana 25th Jul, 2022

Hey aspirant

predicting College  based on percentile  is difficult as cut off varies year by year. Cut off depends on various factors like toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available For 72 percentile chances of getting admission in government bams college is very low. You need to score minimum 450+ for bams.  For private bams colleges 300+ is minimum needed. my marks is 415 in neet 2022 can I get government bds college in maharashtra

Aakanksha 24th Jul, 2022
Hi aspirant
See, your score is quite low for admission to government dental colleges. Also, you have not stated your category so I cannot provide you with the precise information. To get an accurate answer you need to state your category. And by your question I assume Maharashtra state quota is applicable to you. So you are eligible for admission to Maharashtra state government colleges under the 85% state quota.
You can predict your rank using the following rank predictor. Use the link here:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
You can also predict your college using our college predictor. Go through the link below:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
The All India Rank AIR for 415 marks in NEET 2021 was 1.8-1.9 lakhs.
With a rank like this the chances of your admission to government dental colleges are quite low.
You can consider enrolling yourself in courses like BAMS/BHMS/Veterinary Sciences/BSc Nursing etc.
You can also opt for admission to private dental colleges if your finances allow.

Hope this answers your query
All the best!

Is there any probability to get a seat in NEIGHRIMS, MEGHALAYA with around 595 score in NEET 2022 under OBC category?

Krishna Rathod 24th Jul, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing good

According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required to score around 600+ marks, candidates from OBC or other category required to score 500-500+ for MBBS in Meghalaya. There are chances that you may get admission in NEIGHRIMS if you have scored 595 in NEET since you belong to OBC category as you have mentioned. As per the state counselling, 85% of the seats are reserved by State Quota so you can apply through that too if you belong to that particular state. For more detailed information on cut off in Meghalaya read the article below,

Hello sir neet 2022 I scored 460 marks scored any private collage with mmvy scheme Obc category In mp

Sree Student Expert 30th Aug, 2022

Hi dear,

Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors and that's why it is difficult to predict exactly in which Colleges you can get seat.

Based on previous year's cut-offs, it is difficult to get Private Colleges for your NEET UG cut-offs. You may try for Management quota seats in Madhya Pradesh Colleges.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of seats available, number of students appeared in the exam, caste category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

You can check previous year's NEET UG cut-offs of Madhya Pradesh Medical and Dental Colleges using below mentioned link.

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-mp/amp

You can predict Colleges you can get for your NEET UG score using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

May this information was useful.

Good Luck!!

Neet 2022 expected Marks 480 possible any govt collage aiq for MBBS or low fees pvt collage

pdwords Student Expert 24th Jul, 2022

Hello,

You haven't mentioned your category, hence I assume it to be general, see with 480 marks the chances to secure GMC with 480 marks is quite tough if we go through previous year AIQ cut-offs which you can check out at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges, though you may have chances of deemed universities such as IMS SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar/MM Institute of Medical Sc. Mullana , Haryana.B.L.D.E University, Bijapur/JSS Medical College, Jagadguru, Karnataka etc through AIQ,

as from your profile it seems you belong to WB, then you may have chances for management quota in the following private medical colleges under 85% state quota;

  • ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia
  • IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur
  • Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Kolkata
  • Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Durgapur
  • Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur

check out last years cut-offs for WB at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

however, this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every  year based on various factors such as

  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • toughness level of the paper
  • top NEET scores
  • reservation
  • seat matrix, etc..

To know more detailed information about  admission possibilities in various medical colleges and its respective medical courses you may use our NEET College Predictor at https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

my marks in neet 2022 is 605-615 out of 720 what will be my rank and chances of getting gmc

rajeevanand843 24th Jul, 2022

Dear aspirant

First of all heartiest congratulations to you for scoring good marks. I hope you belong to Gen category as you haven't mentioned in the question.

You have good chances of getting govt MBBS college as if we talk about last year cut off marks in 15% all india quota counseling for Gen category then it was AIR 21227 almost 598+ marks in special stray vaccancy round . So if rank doesn't change much you have good chances to get govt MBBS college in all india quota.

Now if i talk about your state as your profile suggest you are from Uttar Pradesh so cut off marks for Gen category candidates was AIR 18298 ( marks approx 603+) in second round of up state counseling.

So you have chances of getting GMC in both 15% all india quota counseling and 85% uttar pradesh state quota counseling for neet.

Use neet college predictor tool for to predict which of deemed medical College you might get at your expected marks, link is below

Hope this answer helpful for you

Good luck

As generally marks required are above 550 for admission to get a government college in Telangana, if you are of the OBC category you may have a chance in the last round to get government colleges in Telangana.
