In uttar pradesh state, there is very hard to get govt medical or dental college at this marks in Gen category.

Previous year cutoff marks for medical seat in second round counseling of up state was AIR 18298 ( marks 600-605+) and for dental college was AIR 21845 ( marks 595-600+)

So now if we compare your marks from last year cut off marks then you almost lag behind by 90 marks and it's very hard that cut off marks will ever gonna decrease that much.

Although you have chances in both private medical and dental college, so if you want you can go for that.

Now, via 15 percent All India Quota for SC Category, 440+ marks would be a safe score for getting admission in a government medical college.
