Dear aspirant
As your profile says you are from Kerala, so I'm hoping that your domicile state and state quota.
At your marks there are almost no chances to get you govt MBBS or BDS college through MCC all india quota counseling. You need 600+ marks to get mbbs seat in govt college in all india quota counseling
Now if we talk about your state quota then there is very high competition for govt college in the state of Kerala and merit/cut off marks goes almost same as all India counseling, anything below 580 there are very less chances that you will get govt MBBS or BDS seat in Kerala State quota.
Govt ayurveda college cut off also go very High in Kerala State counseling so there are less chances their also but you can try for it and you can also try for homeopathic (BHMS) govt college.
At your marks there are high chance that you will get self financing private medical or dental college in Kerala State counseling. So if you want to study in private colleges then you can go and try for it in keam counseling.
You can also use our college predictor to predict your chances, link is given below

Hello aspirant
Since you haven’t mentioned your category, I’m assuming it to be general. If we go by the NEET UG 2021 cut off marks, you have chances of getting the following government college-
Chikkaballapura Institute of Medical Sciences- 520
It is difficult to present an exact list of colleges you can get into based on the score as the cut off varies every year based on various factors such as category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, difficulty level of the exam.
So, alternatively, you can also go for the following private colleges at this score, in Karnataka through the state quota-
Global Institute of Medical Sciences- 497
GR Medical College- 463
Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences- 465
