Since you have not mentioned your Home state and category so considering them as Karnataka according to your profile and General category respectively. If anything wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very less chances to get any government medical college but you have good chances of getting government seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Basaveshwara Medical College, Chitradurga
Dr Chandramma Dayananda Sagar Institute of Medical Education and Research, Hubli
East Point College of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences, Natekal
And some more......
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2022 Cutoff Karnataka (2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) - College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)
