Hi
You have to fill it according to your class 10th certificate if even your aadhaar card and passport has your mother's name, Then proceed and fill the NEET form with your mother's name only.
Leave the father's name blank. But if its mandatory to fill it and the form is not getting submitted then it might pose a problem. Let me know if you still have issues.
Hope this helps!
Dear,
As you haven't updated your father's name in your application form during correction tenure it is impossible to make it correct now.
But not to take pressure as it will not stop you from appearing NEET exam. The documents you need to carry with you on exam centre were,
=> Application form,
=> Admit card,
=> An identity card of you issued by government agencies,
=> 2-3 passport size photos.
But do remember to correct your father's name on counselling by providing relative documents. As it is important to make every possible correction on the time of counselling otherwise you might don't get any further chance.
Hope the above information helps you..
Best of luck..
Hello Muskan,
Once the ranks are announced, you’ll be asked to register within DU for counselling as well. You will have to upload your documents and at that time you might be able to make this correction. You can drop a mail to FMSC (Delhi university medical branch) about this as well.
Wishing you all the very best!
SCA- Scheduled Caste Arunthathiyar is a special category in Tamil nadu.
Scheduled Caste Arunthathiyar (SCA) – 16% of 18% reservation is provided, while for whole SC category it is 18 percent.
For SC/SCA, community certificate should be obtained from Tahsildar of Native Taluk of the applicant.
Don't worry if you did not see that on form, you can still fill SC category for a safer side because, SCA is a sub part of SC category only.
Best of luck
Hi Urmila Pandey,
It wouldn't be a big issue and many students face this problem every year. So it can be easily resolved .
Please note: NTA provides one-time correction facility only in some particular field.
If you have uploaded wrong documents then you shall immediately inform it to NTA about the same. For further NTA will reach you through an Email or SMS.
Then you need to re-upload the correct documents by logging into the portal sent by them, within 3 days of receiving the mail .
You will be having a Last-time correction opportunity for those details.
Hope it will help.
All the Best.
