While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

Dear Nashrah,
Well, It will be 2.
You should note that you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your course then your highest qualification will be considered as the eligible for NEET else your highest qualification will be the one which you have done earlier with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and this you have done in class 12th.
Though you are pursuing LLB course but as LLB do not have all three Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject and since the qualification for NEET is all subjects including Physics, Chemistry and Biology so your highest qualification will be considered as 12th in which you have completed with PCB, English.
So according to this rule, your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.
