Don't worry the name and date of photograph is preferred but not mandatory and also you will get an option to edit it during NEET UG 2022 correction window. Correction window will be opened once the application process ends i.e. after May 6th, 2022.

See if there is discrepancy in the images uploaded by you in NEET 2022 Application form then you must be receiving the mail from NTA and if there is link to remove that discrepancy before the correction window then you can do so otherwise you will have to wait till the correction window gets opened. NEET UG 2022 Correction window will open after the conclusion of NEET UG 2022 application process.

So if required then you can modify the images during the NEET correction window and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2022 and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2022 Application form'.

** Now login using your login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2022 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.

Images should be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

In the information bulletin of NEET UG 2021 counselling it is clearly mentioned that throughout the counselling process only single account is to be used for all payment/refund purposes and if the account is changed meanwhile, then there will be complications in refunding and also refunding might get rejected. So it is not recommended to change your account details until you get your refund or admission process gets completed.

Hope you are in good health , so the answer to your question is "NO" NEET correction window will not be open again for editing , but according to me you should'nt be worry about the same because at the time of counselling they will check  all the documents and 12th percentage  will not matter if you have scored 50% in all the three subjects but if you haven't score minimum 50% in all the 3 subjects i.e physics , biology and chemistry then you will be in a big problem as you will not be eligible for admission in NEET then.
