Hi. as the counselling procedure for both the courses MBBS/BDS and AYUSH is different, the retention form will also be different for both the fields. As you said, that you will be willing to join the dental college, yes you can do so. But if the BAMS counselling is over by the time you get a BDS seat, you will have to pay the fees of the entire BAMS course.

First point is if you have got management quota seat via counseling and confirmed your seat then you cannot apply in the next round of the counseling.

If you got management seat from direct admission then yeah you can apply in the next round.

Coming to fee, if you have paid fee then you may get 60 to 70% of fee return  because management seats are more costly and fee return is difficult on the same point

Domicile certificate is a document which is used to avail benefits of job, reservation in educational institutes , etc. There is different criteria for reservation for domicile in different states . you already have the domicile of UP 'so you fulfill the criteria of that state. you cant avail the benefits in both states

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board is the authority responsible for conducting the NEET counselling in the state for admissions into MBBS and BDS courses. The counselling procedure began on 7th november 2020 and the counselling is being conducted in online mode only, keeping in mind the current pandemic. On 14th november, the authority released the result for the second round of counselling. The dates for the mop up round have not been announced yet, but when they are, the schedule will be mentioned on the website. Generally, a list of the vacancies is displayed after which the board requires the candidates to register and fill their choices again.

Hi. The Chattisgarh NEET counselling began in november 2020 an till now two rounds of the counselling have been successfully conducted. The Mop up round of counselling will begin on 17th december (tomorrow) and will last till 22nd of december 2020. See on such rank and category you have very low chances of getting Govt. Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the CLOSING RANK was 80063 for Govt. Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida under state quota for SC category.

And also note that this year the cut-offs have been slightly raised by around 20-25 marks which also impacts on cut-off ranking for different institutions and due to which this year it seems quite difficult to get even in Round 2.
