So with regard to your query, if you have biology as an additional subject in your 12th standard. Your code will be 2. i.e., code 2 while filling up your application form for NEET (UG) 2022

As per NEET eligibility criteria, one must pass 12th standard with physics, chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects. However, additional subjects are also allowed in regard to a particular code.

I would like to tell you that you should choose your category in NEET application form depending on the state and category you belong. As per the available information, the NT/DNTs in Gujarat are included in one of the three categories - Scheduled Castes (2 Tribes), Scheduled Tribes (6 Tribes) or Socially & Educationally Backward Classes - SEBC (32 Tribes). However in Maharastra, they come under nomadic tribes.

Yes, you can update your address in Aadhaar Card. You won't face any problem if your permanent address in NEET UG is different from the address in Aadhaar Card. To update your address in Aadhaar Card you need to visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment center and provide supporting documents such as water bill, electricity bill, bank passbook front page etc which are in your name. After submitting your application for updating the address you will get updated address on your Aadhaar card within 4-10 working days.

What's your father's correct name? Rajesh or Rajeshwar?

If Rajesh is the correct name then simply get a new category certificate made with correct name of your father.

If,

Your father's name on your 10th& 12th certificate is wrong and correct name is as written on the category certificate then you need to contact the board from which you have passed 10th & 12th for name correction but that's a complex process and again not all the boards offers this facility.

So,

What you can do is simply get an affidavit done mentioning that both the names belong to the one & the same person i. e your father's and carry it along with you during document verification.
