IF I GOT 49.65% IN BOARDS BUT AT THE TIME OF FILLING NEET FORM I SELECTED APPEARING AND QUALIFIED NEET SO I AM ELIGIBLE TO GET PRIVATE COLLEGE OR NOT
Hello
The appearing students are provisionally eligible subject to the fulfillment of required percentage after passing 12th.
Which category do you belong to?
*******To be eligible for neet, you need to pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 49.65% i.e lesser than 50% , but more than 40 % so you are not eligible for Neet if you belong to general category but if you belong to OBC/ SC or St category then yes you are eligible for Neet examination
So, if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for Neet examination and even if you qualify Neet then you cannot get admission in any College be it government or private as you fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria of Neet but if you belong to OBC/ SC or St then you fulfill Neet eligibility criteria and can get admission with medical colleges( both Government and private)
Also,
******** to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year of appearing
******** There is no upper age limit for Neet as of now.
******** There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Thank you
by mistake i put first name only in neet form but in 10 th marksheet there is full name with surname. what will happen at exam centre and counseling centre please suggest
Hi aspirant,
You had an option to rectify it during the correction window but now you will have to wait till the counselling process starts and at the time of documents verification, You will need to create an affidavit stating both the persons are same with self attested signature and relevant documents. Most probably the verifying officer will allow this but the final decision will be made by him/ her only.
However you will be permitted to appear for the examination as they have biometric attendance system which has your photograph and thumb impression with the issued admit card.
Hope it helps!!
Why EBC category not mention in NEET form? Can I use this certificate in NEET counselling only?
The National testing agency (NTA) provided General, General-EWS, SC, ST & OBC-NCL are available in the drop-down list under Category option.
If you selected any other category besides of General-EWS in application form then there will be no benefit of this
certificate during counselling.
Beside this limited time is left for neet 2021, so you should
be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters
and solve mock test as well as previous year question
papers. It will boost your confidence and boost your preparation.

There is no EBC category in NEET form. I am from Bihar. can I use EBC certificate only in NEET counselling because only OBC category is given in NEET form.
The National testing agency (NTA) provided General, General-EWS, SC, ST & OBC-NCL are available in the drop-down list under Category option.
You can chose any of the above mentioned category in application form. The Economically weaker section (EWS) is only for General category. You can't use both OBC-NCL and General-EWS at the same time.
You cant change the category during at the time of counselling, if you had filled OBC-NCL category already.
Beside this limited time is left for neet 2021, so you should be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters and solve mock test as well as previous year question papers. It will boost your confidence and boost your preparation.

My parents name is interchanged in neet form and correction date is passed. now what should I fill during examination on omr sheet?
Dear aspirant
You have already messed up your neet application form. You should be aware of all these things from earlier itself. Now it may create many hinderence for you in upcoming days. So from now whenever you fill any application form cross check every detail mentioned in the application form 2-3times then only submit the application form.
As in your omr sheet there is no column to fill about your parents name so don't your about that. In OMR sheet you will have to fill your personal details like Candidates name, roll no,test booklet no. Center no, Candidates signature.
You may face problem for this issue during counselling process. Although you may explain that to authority if they accept it then it will be good.
You can use our neet college predictor it will tell you at which marks you may get govt college. Link is below

Hello aspirant,
As you have asked i want to inform you that till now it would have come and if not i want to inform you that you need to show the respective authority while document verification or while during the admission process in college.
Hopefully i have answered your doubt.
i am from jammu and kashmir i have sumitted my neet form but i am confused that what i have to fill in my self declaration
Hi aspirant,
Since you belong to Jammu and Kashmir, you need to select NO in the self declaration column of the application form. By selecting Yes, one declares that he/she is not eligible to get MBBS, MD and other medical seats in the institutions situated in the state of Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh and leh.
Regarding the Self Declaration, NTA stated that, "There are following two kind of candidates submitting NEET application form some States which includes Jammu and Kashmir: a. Candidates originally from these States who are eligible for 100% seats of their States. These candidates are not required to fill the "Self Declaration". b. The candidates who are not from these states but residing there because of the posting of their parents, etc. These candidates are not eligible for the seats of J&K, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. These candidates are required to fill the "Self Declaration"."
Hope it helps!!

i have uploaded my photo without name and date on it in my neet application form and correction date is also expired now. will my neet form be rejected?
Hi
No, your application form won't be rejected, you don't need to worry at all even if your uploaded photo doesn't have name and date to photo on it.
This is because,
It is not mandatory but just preferable, to mention your name and date of photo on your photographs
The page number 31 of neet 2021 information brochure says that your photographs must be taken on or after 01.01.2021 and preferably mentioning the name of the student and the date on which the photograph was clicked - post card photo and passport size photo.
You can download neet 2021 information brochure by going through the link given below :-
https://ntaneet.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=2&LangId=P
So, no need to worry at all and n ow that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
-
practising chapterwise questions
-
then revising the chapters,
-
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
-
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
