Neet is the biggest entrance exam of India. It is a door way to various medical courses such as mbbs, bds, bhms, bams, Ayush . Now veternary courses are also offered on the basis of neet ug score.

First thing you have to do is to fill the neet application firm, fill the necessary informations and provide the important documents.

Eligibility for neet

The candidate must be 17 years old.

The candidate must be an Indian.

The student must have passed class xii with physics,  chemistry and biology with minimum 50% marks.

English subject is compulsary.


You must qualify neet ug . After qualifying neet,  you will be called for counseling and depending upon your neet score you eill bd alloted Course and college.

UR or general category  50 percentile

SC 40 percentile

ST  40 percentile

Obc 45 percentile .

sir i have passed 10 and 12th from Maharashtra and ihave aadhar card in Maharashtra but i have domecile and caste certificate from up i want to know that which state quata apply for 85% seat for neet councilling

You have not mentioned in which state you live ,

Generally people have aadhar card and domicile of same state.

You may visit  the official website for your query

State quota seats are  offered to only those candidates who live in that particular state.

Since you got domicile certificate of uttar pradesh so you may apply for UP state quota.

However there are 85 % stare quota and 15% All India quota . You may apply for 15 % All India quota  from maharshtra state .

If someone is reappearing for 12th hsc boards and neet ( because they couldnt fulfill the eligibility criteria), which code is used for neet form filling? Can they use CODE 01?

No you can't apply code 1.

Code 1 us applicable to those students who are appearing for xii board this year and awaiting for board results .

For compartment exam applicants and those who are reappearing for xii board due to any reason must apply code 2 .

Even those students who have haven't exam from NIOS are applicable for code 2.

You should use code 2 if you are reappearing for hsc board.

There are 7 codes which are used for application according to the eligibility status of the candidate.

Code 1 is used by candidates who are appearing for xii board this year and awaiting for the result.


Code 2 woll be applicable for those students who are droppers or reappearing for xii board or NIOS students.


Code  3 - it is applicable for candidates who have passed class xii board.


Code 4 is applicable to those who have completed pre professional or pre medical exam.


Code 5 - Applicable to those students who have passed first year of three years degree program.


Code 6 - The candidates who have passed three years bsc with not less than two subjects including biology / biotechnology .


Code 7 is applicable for foreign candidates.

Neet codes 2024 are released by the National testing agency and official brochures are released at neet.ntaonline.in

The neet qualification codes mention neet eligibility criteria for appearing candidates,  droppers , candidates awaiting for results.

Code 1 is for candidates who are appearing for xii board this year abs awaiting for results .


Code 2 - aspirants who are xii passed out from ICSE  or reappearing for xii board , candidates from NIOS and droppers should apply code 2


Code 3 - candidates who have passed pre Examination or intermediate exam any recognized board are eligible for code 3.


Code 4 is for those students who have completed  pre professional Examination with physics, chemistry and biology subjects.


Code 5 - students who have  passed first year of three years bachelor's degree ard eligible for code 5.


Code 6 - for those students who have completed their three  bachelor's degree Course,  also they have completed class xii with physics,  chemistry and biology subjects

hi sir I am preparing for NEET 2024. As you know, filling of NEET application form has started. There is a need for PWD certificate, I have got PWD certificate from my CMO office just a few days ago, so is this certificate valid for NEET application form? So is CMO CF valid for appli...form?

PWD certificate is one of the most impotdocuments required for neet registration process.

PWD certificate is provided to those who have some  physical disability or amputation.

Eligibility for PWD certificate-

A person  who have 40% disability , the person should be a bona-fide citizen of the country.

This certificate is given by medical authorities .

If you have got PWD certificate then you eill be eligible for neet ug 2024.

PWD candidate will be given 5% reservation while getting admission to medical college .

Other eligibility criteria for neet

The candidate must be an Indian

The candidate must be of minimum 17 years old .

The student must have passed class xii with physics,  chemistry abd biology with minimum 50% marks ( 5% relaxation to pwd /obc sc/t ) Candidates.

i do not have the original memo of 10th standard. but i do have the official marksheet with details like my name, dob, parents names, etc. Will there be a problem with NEET registration? ( if it matters i studied till 10th in the gulf).

Class x marksheet is one of the important document required at the time of neet registration .

If you have lost your class x original mark sheet , you must apply for another copy of mark sheet from government authorities. For that you will have to write an application firm giving information of how, when, and where you lost your mark sheet.

You can apply with the mark sheet presently you have.

You can get the original marksheet by the time of neet exam .

I am a dropper attempting neet 2024 as a first drop, my neet registration page for NEET 2024 doesnt show class 10th pass certificate under the "upload documents" section which it did in 2023 registration and I filled it up the previous time as well, is it normal to not show thay?? please help

You will have to upload all the documents again even if you had uploaded in 2023. If you can't see all the uploaded  documents. You cand send mail to official website.
