Generally people have aadhar card and domicile of same state.
You may visit the official website for your query
State quota seats are offered to only those candidates who live in that particular state.
Since you got domicile certificate of uttar pradesh so you may apply for UP state quota.
However there are 85 % stare quota and 15% All India quota . You may apply for 15 % All India quota from maharshtra state .

No you can't apply code 1.
Code 1 us applicable to those students who are appearing for xii board this year and awaiting for board results .
For compartment exam applicants and those who are reappearing for xii board due to any reason must apply code 2 .
Even those students who have haven't exam from NIOS are applicable for code 2.

You should use code 2 if you are reappearing for hsc board.
There are 7 codes which are used for application according to the eligibility status of the candidate.
Code 1 is used by candidates who are appearing for xii board this year and awaiting for the result.
Code 2 woll be applicable for those students who are droppers or reappearing for xii board or NIOS students.
Code 3 - it is applicable for candidates who have passed class xii board.
Code 4 is applicable to those who have completed pre professional or pre medical exam.
Code 5 - Applicable to those students who have passed first year of three years degree program.
Code 6 - The candidates who have passed three years bsc with not less than two subjects including biology / biotechnology .

The neet qualification codes mention neet eligibility criteria for appearing candidates, droppers , candidates awaiting for results.
Code 1 is for candidates who are appearing for xii board this year abs awaiting for results .
Code 2 - aspirants who are xii passed out from ICSE or reappearing for xii board , candidates from NIOS and droppers should apply code 2
Code 3 - candidates who have passed pre Examination or intermediate exam any recognized board are eligible for code 3.
Code 4 is for those students who have completed pre professional Examination with physics, chemistry and biology subjects.
Code 5 - students who have passed first year of three years bachelor's degree ard eligible for code 5.

PWD certificate is one of the most impotdocuments required for neet registration process.
PWD certificate is provided to those who have some physical disability or amputation.
Eligibility for PWD certificate-
A person who have 40% disability , the person should be a bona-fide citizen of the country.
This certificate is given by medical authorities .
If you have got PWD certificate then you eill be eligible for neet ug 2024.
PWD candidate will be given 5% reservation while getting admission to medical college .
Other eligibility criteria for neet
The candidate must be an Indian
The candidate must be of minimum 17 years old .

Class x marksheet is one of the important document required at the time of neet registration .
If you have lost your class x original mark sheet , you must apply for another copy of mark sheet from government authorities. For that you will have to write an application firm giving information of how, when, and where you lost your mark sheet.
You can apply with the mark sheet presently you have.
You can get the original marksheet by the time of neet exam .
