They provide quesion paper in selected language+english(compulsory).Neet is conducted in 11 languages.Candidates can select languages from English,Hindi,Urdu in all the centers.However if you have chosen any vernacular language,your centre will be alloted accordingly.

As you might be knowing this year neet had been conducted in two phase 1st 13sept and other on 14th October (who were not able to give paper in 1st phase due to genuine reason like covid possitive or transportation problem, flood etc)
