To be eligible for NEET candidate must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021 and must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board aggregate marks only for PCB subjects for UR its 50%, for OBC/SC/ST its 40% and for PWD category its 45% minimum aggerate required to be eligible for NEET. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET 2021 exam date, which is August 1. The NEET 2021 application form date by NTA along with the brochure will be released soon at ntaneet.nic.in. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.

NTA provided clarity on NEET date, frequency, and mode of the exam. NTA announced that NEET will be conducted in offline mode on August 1, 2021. NEET 2021 application form is expected to be released online by NTA on its official website anytime soon.

No, Neet 2021 application form has not been released yet. Neet 2021 application form will be released anytime soon at its official website i. e ntaneet . nic . in as neet 2021 examination date has been announced according to which it will be conducted on 1 st August 2021 in offline mode . Once, the application form gets released you will be able to fill it in online mode at the official website of neet i. e ntaneet . nic . in and for that you need to go through 5 steps i. e
neet registration to generate your login credentials,
then fill the form,
and after that you need to go for uploading your documents,
then pay the application fee
And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page

No the surname of your mother as well as yours should be same to that of mentioned in your class 10th marksheet and if it will be different then there are high chances of rejection of your application .
NEET 2021 date has been announced by National Testing Agency and it will be conducted on August 1st 2021 in Pen & Paper mode. Applications for NEET 2021 is not started yet and as per the official notice issued by NTA on March 12th 2021, the further information will be published soon on the official website as given below :-

To help you out with the NEET 2021 application process follow the steps given below :-
->Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
->Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
->Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
->Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
->Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
