With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at your marks your chances are very low of getting seat in government catgeory as cut off generally goes above 450 in government colleges and even in private colleges their are very less chances as cut off for private colleges also goes above 350. I would suggest you to start preparing for next attempt

The results of NEET exam are announced on 20th october, 2021.
You can collect your results at official website here - ntaneet.nc.in
Through your score, you will be take admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc and AH colleges.
The results will show your - Roll number, Application number, Personal Details, Percentile, Total Marks and All India Rank.
For taking admission to these medical courses you need to register on MCC website here - https://www.mcc.nic.in/
MCC conducts counselling of 100% seats in Central Institutes and Deemed Universities.
If you want to know admission changes in any specific college, you can see previous year cut-offs.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2021 result at ntaresults.nic.in or neet.nta.nic.in when it is rolled out. However NTA has not announced the NEET 2021 result date yet but it is expected to be released soon. NEET result 2021 pdf will have personal details, subject-wise NEET percentile , total marks, All India Rank (AIR), category rank, 15% All India Quota (AIQ) rank, and other details of the candidates.
Following below is the steps mentioning how you can download the results when it is out:
Step 1: Log on to the NTA NEET result official website neet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the “View NEET-UG 2021 -Result” tab given on the screen.
Step 3: On the NEET candidate login page, enter the roll number, Date of Birth, and the security pin provided on the page. Check the image below.
Step 4: NEET rank card 2021 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download the result of NEET 2021 by clicking on the ‘Print’ tab and then save it.
Step 6: Candidates are advised to save a copy of their NEET result and keep retain until the admission process concludes.

Hope you are doing well . If you are really interested to pursue medicine ,go for it . If you have a very low neet score ,you can drop a year and start preparing for NEET 2022 now itself as there isn't much time left if we suppose that the exam is going to be held sometime in May. If you study with full dedication and a proper schedule,you'll definitely grab a government seat in a reputed medical college next year .
The Counselling is getting delayed due to a case going on in Supreme Court regarding the revision 10% EWS criteria . It is only expected to commence in the month of January 2022 as of now .

Email ID was important since the OMR scanned sheet and score card will be sent to the email id by NTA.
According to the notice they released for the recent extension they gave, it states
"The Candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and Scorecard to the registered e-mail address."
In case any candidate faces difficulty in making corrections of the Online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2021, he/she can contact on 011-40759000 or e-mail at [email protected].
