Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes dear aspirant, When we go through past year cut off data, then with 251 marks, even though you are from obc, your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is very low
With your 251 marks being from obc, you might get a seat in private medical college and deemed universities for which you can check your chances at
It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling
Thankyou
Hey aspirant,
As per the marks you have obtained in NEET 2020, based on previous year cutoff, chances are tough for admission to category-A MBBS seats through state quota or AIQ. However, you may get admission for MBBS management quota seats at several colleges in Telangana.
To find out your chances of admission for MBBS, check out the NEET College Predictor 2020 here:
Hello aspirant,
I would first like to clear you that there are no free seats, as you have the category BC-A, so there is reservation category, on which you will be allotted seats, but the payment is similar.
Now, for AP colleges follow this link to know about the previous years cutoff in AP category wise, but also to note that, this year cutoffs are very high. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap
Now, according to your rank 94085 AIR your chances are in Dr. P sidhhartha Institute, great eastern Medical school, Konaseema Inst of medical sciences, Maharaja institute, these private colleges as you have less chance in gov colleges.
Now, to know more about your chances in the colleges please check the college predictor link https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor .
You need to apply in different state counsellings for management seats in private medical colleges of different states. Keep in mind you are not eligible for government seats in states other than your domicile state (Bihar in your case).
You can apply for round 1 or directly the mop up round, it is up to you. But it is also possible that the mop up round might not be conducted. Better to be safe and apply right from round 1.

Hello
As per your score I guess your rank must be around 160000.
With your score even if you are from UR category , I can say that the chances of getting BAMS is good enough. As for BDS, you may not get any colleges this year since most of the colleges for BDS in assam have a cutoff rank of about 60,000.For more details you may use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=neet_clgpd&ici=exit-intent
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, according to your marks in neet you may have low rank in neet around 2.32lakh to 2.40lakh.So as per this rank your chances to get good colleges like BAMS, or AIIMS would be low but you may go for private college at this rank. You may get colleges like :-
1) Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research:--fees structure is around 24lakh
2) Shri Sathya Sai Medical College And Research Institute:-fees structure is around 80lakh
3) Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Kochi Campus:-fees structure is around 21.26lakh
4) Manipal College of Dental Science, Manipal:-fees structure is around 26lakh
5) Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth:-fees structure is around 91lakh
These are the private colleges which you may get at this rank.

Hello Aspirant,
See first of all I would like to clear you that percentile in NEET is just a parameter for your qualification and also it shows that how much students have scored equal or less marks then you. Admissions are not taken on the basis of percentile instead on the basis of marks. Since you have not mentioned your marks so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-
Good Luck!!
