Hi Aspirant,
I am afraid to say that with All India Rank 1,00,000 in NEET 2020, you will not get any government seat for MBBS or BDS or BHMS or other medico programs.
Some of the private colleges which you can get are -
1. BLDE Deemed University Bijapur
2. Meenakshi Medical College and Hospital and Research Institute, Chennai
But, I will suggest you better prepare for the examination next year to improve your performance.

Hi
Which category do you belong to?
Neet 2020 qualifying cutoff is given below for different categories:-
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General/ews 50 720 - 147
UR-PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So, with 143 marks you have not even qualified Neet examination if you belong to general category and if you belong to OBC or SC or St category then yes you have qualified Neet examination but even then you cannot get any seat in Government Medical College or Government quota seat in private medical college even for management quota seats in private medical college chances with this marks is very low

Hello,
Rajasthan has pretty high cut-offs, hence securing 369 marks isn't enough to secure a GMC seat for your respective category but you hold chances for government seats in private colleges such as American International Institute of Medical Sciences,Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Rajsamand, Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences,National Institute of Medical Science & Research,Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences & Research Centre, cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc. To know more about admission possibilities in various colleges you can use our NEET College Predictor; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
