Private colleges offer two types of seats , one are the management quota seats and the second are the government seats of private college .The fees taken for those government seats is decided by the state government ,and is generally lesser than that for management seat . So you can try if you can get a semi- government seat in which the fees is lesser than that for management quota seats . Although in comparison to government college seats , semi - government seats also have high fees , but relatively less than management seat .
