I am scoring 422 in neet UG 2021 category - obc(ncl) .can I get semi govt college for mbbs ?

rajeevanand843 23rd Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant

Your profile suggest you are from Delhi.

So delhi state quota cut off marks goes even higher than AIQ quota cut off.

Last year AIQ counseling cut off marks for OBC category was 611 marks for govt/semi govt medical college.

Whereas in delhi state quota cut off marks for OBC category was almost around 600 marks.

So your marks are way too low to get govt or semi govt medical college in delhi state or AIQ counseling.

You may get deemed medical college for studying MBBS at your expected marks. Some colleges you may try are

• Amrita institute of medical science, kochi

• KIMS, bhubneswar

•bhartiya Vidyapeeth, sangli

• Jawaharlal Nehru medical college, belgavi, karnataka

•shri siddharth medical college,tumkur, karnataka

You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.

i scored 395 in neet ug 2021..and Im in general category can i get seat?

pdwords Student Expert 22nd Oct, 2021

Hello,

From your profile it seems you belong to Telangana, if we go through 2019 cut-offs for UR under 85% state quota then you may have chances for management quota in private medical colleges such as SHADAN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES/SURABHI INST OF MED SCI, SIDDIPET/PRATHIMA INST OF MED. SCI., KARIMNAGAR/MALLA REDDY MEDICAL COLLEGE FOR WOMEN,SURARAM,RR/MNR Medical College, Sangareddy to name a few, however this is entirely based on previous year data, and cut-offs  are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as

  • seat matrix
  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • top neet scores
  • reservation
  • difficulty level of the paper etc,

You can go through previous year state cut-offs for Telangana at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

Im PCB student..i recently give neet ug 2021..but now i have my whole interest in space technology or etc.. related to space...what should i do now.. Im very curious about that particular researches and discovery?

anchaltibrewal2001 21st Oct, 2021

Hello Bhavin,

Hope you are doing well.

Space Technology is a technology developed by the space science or aerospace industry to assist spaceflight, satellites and space study.  This branch of engineering involves the study of the universe.

Many colleges in India provide space technology courses to Qualified students.

However, the qualification criteria for admission in this course in majority of the deemed institution is as such:

  • Students who have Class 10th and Class 12th with minimum of 60% in physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible.

  • The rules are relaxed for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.

  • The criteria vary across different universities and colleges.

  • Students have to qualify the JEE Main to advance to JEE advanced so that they can get admission in IITs .

  • Reputed colleges conduct their test; students have to qualify the entrance exam to take admission.

But you can try getting admission in this institution by clearing it's entrance exam:

BITSAT -Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission test contains five subjects. They are Physics , Chemistry , Mathematics / Biology , English proficiency and logical Reasoning. All major topics deal with NCERT syllabus of 11th and 12th standards. Eligible candidates are those who have scored 75% or more in class 12 and 60% in individual subjects. The mode of examination is online and takes place for 3 hours.

I got 482 mark and my all india rank is 101335 in neet UG 2021.i am obc student from Gujarat...so I will get admission in gmrse college for mbbs?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 28th Nov, 2021
Hi

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------) toughness level of the neet examination

------------) number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

> >>> With 482 marks,

You hold a low chance in an mbbs seat in even GMERS. For the same your marks should have been at least around 510+ as  per past year cut off available at:-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-gujarat

You have chances in following private medical colleges for government quota mbbs seat under Gujarat state quota :-

----------)Zydus Medical College and Hospital, Dahod

----------)Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad

----------)Parul Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Vadodara

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

Im from Haryana I secured 562 marks in neet UG 2021 with an AIR of 38575 I belong to EWS Category with an category rank of 5975 Is there any chance of getting MAMC Agroha?

monstwerdash 27th Nov, 2021

Hello there ,

Hope you are doing well  . See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

Maharaja Agrasen Medical College ,Agroha,Hisar is a semi-government college in Hisar,Haryana .

As per NEET 2020 cutoffs it doesn't seem possible that you'll be able to get a seat in the college with an AIR of 38.5K  despite having EWS category.

For EWS category ,in 2020 the cutoff score  for the college was 614 and a closing AIR of about 15K .

You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category by the link given below :

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp You can have a better idea of the expected cutoffs by viewing the past year cutoffs through the link below:
