Hi
In NEET admission is on the basis of all India rank and not category rank
What is your all India rank?
Anyway,
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Delhi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
In neet 2020, 12709 AIR was closing rank /cut off rank for ews category to get a seat in Government Medical College for MBBS under Delhi state quota and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi
So, you have chances in government medical colleges for MBBS only if your AIR is around at least 12709 otherwise your chances are low

Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students participated in counselling and number of students attempted exam, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
