NEET UG 2021
Hi
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing bsc cardiac care technology your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology remains 10 + 2 .
While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year degree/graduation course with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
While getting admission,
You can submit T. C and migration of college from which you are doing your bsc because while taking admission in bsc you would have already submitted your 12tc and migration in college for admission in bsc , they don't return it to you as it has been already used for admission in their college, while you leave the college, they will issue the college T. C and migration which you can use during admission.

Hello,
In NTA NEET UG 2021 Information Bulletin it is clearly mentioned in page no: 2 if a candidate fills and submit more than one application, the Admit Card of the applicant will be cancelled or withheld and his/her candidature will be cancelled for this/future examination. As your brother has submitted multiple application his candidature may get cancelled. A candidate can select 4 cities in the order of preference in one application, so one application is enough by selecting the cities he prefer in the order of preference. He would be allotted one exam center among the selected cities. There is no provision to cancel or withdraw the application for NEET UG 2021, we regret to inform you that he cannot do anything about it now.

For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021, he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2. "

Hello Aspirant,
As far as the information regarding the new exam pattern of neet a candidate is supposed to attempt 180 questions out of 200.
The paper is divided into 3 sections each Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Abd each subject divided into 2 sections A & B. Section A comprises of 35 CUMPOLSARY questions and Section B of 15 questions out of which only 10 have to be attempted.
The authority has not mentioned whether any marks will be cut on attempting more than 10 question in B. But the paper includes only 180 questions so attempting more than 15 will only complicate the process of checking or there might be some other consequences. So, I suggest you to strictly adhere to the guidelines issued.
You should further check out the guidelines on the link provided below: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-exam-pattern
