As you mentioned that you have completed your 12th class in 2020 and wish to apply for NEET as a dropper , then you can apply under NEET 02 code which state that , " For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021 (dropper), he/she can apply for the exam with Code 2. "

Dear candidate, in your admit card of class 12th , there may be a column named Unique ID, Student number or registration number of multiple digits. That is your roll number which should be written in your NEET UG application form. For more details, you can check:

The schedule for Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 MBBS Admission process is not yet released. It will be released once the official notification is published. So you have to wait for the official announcement from the authorities. Until then please keep an eye on updates from time to time.
