see the eligibility criteria for fmge exam is,

Foreign medical graduates should be an Indian national or Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs).

candidates must be possessing their primary medical qualification from the institutes which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned.

The relevant documents/proofs in support of the passing of the final examination of mbbs must be submitted by applicants. Failure in submitting the documents will lead to cancellation of candidature for FMGE 2020 June session.

fmgc form filling date is 8-22 july, 2020, you can surely apply. if you have the following documents you may surely apply,

Copy of Passport of applicants

Copy of MBBS pass certified by Indian Embassy

Copy passing certificate of Class 12th

Copy of date of birth (certificate of matriculation)

Copy of internship certificate, if done from abroad

Copy of 12th mark sheet

Two recent photographs

Copy of fail certificates/result of ex-candidates

Copy of address proof - PAN card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport

Equivalence certificate - from Association of Indian Universities (for applicants who done their MBBS from abroad)

copy of eligibility certificate issued by the Medical Council of India

Since it is too late to answer your query, I hope you have allotted the seat successfully as per your rank. In case you have not allotted the seat till now, You can register for Spot round counselling, The Registration for Spot Round 1  has been started from 1st August, 2019. The spot round of counselling of UPSEE is being conducted for seats that are left vacant. You have to register separately for spot round of counselling by providing your UPSEE 2019 Roll Number and Date of Birth.
