First one is bca from NIELIT that you asked for so if you do bca it is full time bachelor's degree in computer application. In this you will learn necessary skills to get rewarding carrier into the changing world of information technology.

Eligibility criteria: It needs 50% marks in aggregate in 12th passed from central board of education with mathematics as your compulsory or optional course .

Now the second one is diploma in business analytics from ivy professional school , it can also be a good choice as ivy pro school is top  ranked Data Science and Analytics school in the country . Lateral Entry to IGNOU has  been stopped in 2005. Even the official website doesn't speak about any Lateral Entry for MCA. According to the official website http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/socis/programmes/detail/174/2 you should have completed your Bachelor's degree in any stream to be eligible for MCA. And you should have have studied Mathematics as one of your subjects either at your 10+22 or Graduation level. If you haven't studied Mathematics at any of these levels, then you have to take up BCS-012 course.
