hi,
see government medical colleges has reservation for 85% seats for domicile candidates. so candidates who belongs to that particular state and fulfill the all the eligibility criteria along with marks of 12th course, age limit , has passed 12th exam from a recognized education board and eligible to apply. so even if you have studied from NIOS board you are eligible to 85% seat quota of the state government medical colleges.
State counseling for state quota seats (85%) & private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted through state counseling authority.
hope it would help.
Hello!
No it won't affect your marksheet. If you still want to take up nios exam proceed with that. If you don't want to take up nios exam then you can submit a candidature cancellation. If you are pursuing with nios exam you then you will have 2 marksheets. But NIOS are not recognised in every institutions. There are very few institution that will accept NIOS board marksheet. Whereas CBSE board marksheet is acceptable by all institution. CBSE is preferred over NIOS. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
