Dear Student,
Management quota is for those students who are willing to pay a higher amount of fees for a particular seat in a particular college as they might not be eligible for the seat they prefer with their acquired score. Whereas NRI quota is for those students residing in any other country other than India.
Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Tamil Nadu according to your profile.
See as you belongs to Indian state so you cannot apply to NRI quota because in NRI Quota only those aspirants are eligible who were the residents of India earlier but now settled in abroad due to some work or if the aspirant is born in abroad but his/her parents were the residents of India earlier. Now in the case if you belongs to abroad but fulfil the conditions for NRI Quota then you can apply for NRI Quota.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

Dear Applicant,
I hope you are doing well, about your question,it's a bit confusing for me. If you are not an NRI than you won't be eligible to apply for a seat under 15% seats reserved for NRI students.
I have just noted down a few eligibility for those who can apply for NRI QUOTA
Only these students can be considered NRI.
Now if you are from the state of Telangana and you have been born and brought up in Telangana and completed your studies in Telangana than u are a full fledged student from Telangana. You can apply through AIQ quota. This is because Meghalaya is a state of India.
If you are asking about reservations such as SC, ST than it may not be applicable here if you are an NRI
Hope this helps.
Hello Dear Student,
For PG Seats under NRI Category:
NRI Candidates are eligible f or 15% PG seats in some of the government medical colleges, private medical colleges and Deemed Universities. The NRI students can take admission in the MD/MS Courses and PG Diploma Courses in these Reserved Seats through NEET-PG entrance exam.
However, Recently the matter for NRI PG Quota was in Court and According to recent Judgement of Honourable Supreme Court, the Top Court held that NRI Quota in PG Medical and Dental Courses in Private Colleges is not Sacrosanct. Means Private medical colleges are not obligated to reserve seats for NRI students.
