Hi. Sri Padmavati Women's Medical College was established in 2014 by the government of Andhra Pradesh. 15% seats (26) are filled by All India Quota and 70% seats (126) are filled by state quota. The remaining 23 seats are filled by NRI candidates. For the government quota, fee is around 4 lakh for 5 years and for NRI quota is US 20000$ per annum.

There are as many as 5 private colleges in Gujarat that have NRI quotas. These five colleges are affiliated under the following colleges which shall award them their respective degrees:-
1) Saurashtra University
2) Gujarat University
3) KSKV kachch University,Bhuj
4) Parul University, Vadodara
5) Sardar Patel University
However one has to fit into the eligibility criteria for NRI quotas such as:-
1) one of the paresnts should be an NRI and must be residing there
2) The one sponsoring the student for NRI quota must be an abroad resident

Previous year tution fee for NRI students in HIMSR was $35,000 dollar/per annum. In First year total payment was 35800 dollar plus INR 25000 at time of admission.
This college is allocated through AIQ counselling for deemed medical College.
To get a seat in NRI quota here around 200+ marks is enough.

An student is considered as an NRI who studied outside India, whose parents are NRIs, or he/she is NRI sponsored by anyone in blood relation (first degree).
So yes, if your blood related uncle is an OCI then you can mention yourself as an NRI in application form. No you can't choose both categories, you have to choose one category to proceed ahead in counseling.
