As you have completed MSc in physics, then you will obviously have to appear for the NET Physics paper.
On the basis of NET score, you can expect to get a research position (PhD admission) to different colleges/universities all over India and get the Junior Research Fellowship. Another is if you don't clear the JRF then you will get the NET lecturship qualified.

It doesn't really matter if you have made your ews certificate after you have filled the form. But if you have uploaded a certificate in the application form which is different with what you have made now then it could create unnecessary trouble.
But the certificate which you have made now is the only certificate then you don't need to worry about anything . It is absolutely right.
Ews eligibility criteria is as follows -
1- Your family income should not be less than 8L per annum
2- You should not own more than 5 acres of land.
3- You should not own more than 1000 sq ft of home.

Yes, you are eligible to apply NTA UGC NET in environmental sciences after M.sc in Chemistry . Minimum eligibility criteria to apply for UGC NET is minimum 55% marks in your masters degree .There are 5% relaxation of marks for OBC/SC/ST castes .
Make sure that you have passed your masters or if you are in your final degree of M.Sc , you can provisionallly admitted but eligible for JRF or Asst prof, you should qualfy your M.Sc with min 55% marks .(For Gen) .
In subject choice case , if any candidate has zoology/botany/ chemistry / EVS in their M.Sc ,then they are eligible for applying UGC NET in EVS .
