I am from Jharkhand, can I give NTSE stage 2 examination any where in India?
Hi there,
NTSE stage 2 exam will take place on May 10th 2020. Unlike the stage 1 exam which is dine by SCERT, Stage 2 exam is conducted by NCERT. Exam centers for stage 2 will be provided bybNCERT.
Candidates can choose the exam centers before the release of admit card.Around 37 or more exam centers will be available for stage 2.It is better to choose the centers in which candiadte can reach on time.
Hope this will help you.
Thank you
I think I can get 155 marks in ntse west bengal stage 1 2020. Can I qualify for ntse stage 2 ? I am s.c by caste .
So as you said, your marks are much more than this cut off, so you have really good chance to get selected for NTSE stage 2.
But still I'll suggest you to wait for final results.
Till then best of luck.
I hope it will help you more.
Thanks.
I am getting 170 marks in ntse stage 1 jharkhand.I belong to general category will i qualify for ntse stage 2.
Hi Kumar,
You will definitely qualify for NTSE Jharkhand 2nd stage exam if you can score 170 marks. The cutoff mark for NTSE first stage for general category is 124. The result of the First stage will be out by April 2020. NTSE 2020 2nd stage exam will take place on May 10, 2020, and results are out by August 2020. So study hard for NTSE 2nd stage exam and good luck.
I got 165 in ntse stage 1 2020. I am from uttar pradesh and general category. Is there any chance of me getting selected for ntse stage 2?
hi,
see cut off can be changes from year to year. it depends on the question difficulty level, cutoff is different for different category like general, sc, st obc. last year utter pradesh general cutoff was 170, obc cutoff was 152 and sc 142, st 69. this year expected cutoff is 161-170. so lets see whats happen. esult will be published on at the end of november, 2019.
i am securing 170/ 200 in stage 1 . is i am selected for ntse stage 2
Hi Sonu,
The NTSE exam is held every year for school students for a chance to avail scholarship and other benefits on the basis of their knowledge. As the expected cutoff for general students for the year's stage-2 is about 135-141 and that for OBC students is 106-112, you can easily move on to stage-2. However, these are only the expected cutoffs and the final ones will be released later.
Is there any cut off of NTSE November 2019 to be eligible for NTSE stage 2 ?
